You are required to read this document carefully before using any service on the jaya9 bdt platform. By creating an account or making any transaction on the site, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

jaya9 bdt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. - The user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- The user must be a citizen of Bangladesh or legally residing in Bangladesh.
- Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be closed.
- You must provide your identity and information accurately; providing false information will result in account cancellation.
- If a user has previously been banned at their own request or by a Platform decision, a new account cannot be opened.
jaya9 bdt may request a National ID card or other proof of age document at any time for age verification. If the required documents are not submitted, the account will be temporarily suspended.
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
An account is opened by providing a correct name, mobile number, and password. The information provided at registration will be used for identity verification later, so it is the member's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information. The mobile number must be confirmed through an OTP-based verification system.
3.2 Login and Password Security
It is the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with others or using them jointly is prohibited. If there is any concern about unauthorized access, our support team must be notified immediately. jaya9 bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from leaked login details.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
jaya9 bdt may verify a member's identity when a specific transaction amount is exceeded or when required for security purposes. A copy of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawal requests may remain on hold until the documents are submitted.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Transactions on the jaya9 bdt platform can be made through common mobile and banking methods available in Bangladesh. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
- Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that the applicable wagering requirements on the account have been met.
- jaya9 bdt does not support cryptocurrency or third-party payment methods.
When depositing or withdrawing, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not acceptable and may be cancelled.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
jaya9 bdt offers various bonuses, each with its own terms. Reading the relevant terms before claiming a bonus is mandatory.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; the wagering on this bonus would be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Withdrawal from a bonus is not allowed before the wagering requirement is met.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or abusing bonus benefits is prohibited.
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
- Each bonus offer has a set validity period; if the bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
- If any irregularity is found in meeting bonus terms, jaya9 bdt may cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

Gaming and Betting Rules
jaya9 bdt operates games across various categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and crash games. Each game or betting category may have specific rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.
6.2 Result Determination
In sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. In live casino and slots, results are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.3 Prohibition on Irregular Play
If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through bonus abuse, artificial bet patterns, or coordinated manipulation, the relevant account will be closed and all winnings will be cancelled.
VIP Membership and Cashback
The jaya9 bdt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is provided on weekly net losses at each tier.
- Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated based on net losses, which is the total weekly losses minus total winnings. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Progress through each tier depends on regular activity and playing patterns.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
jaya9 bdt firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of personal or financial stress. For this reason, we provide members with certain protective features:
- Deposit limit setting: daily, weekly, or monthly limits can be set by the member.
- Self-exclusion: members can request to temporarily or permanently close their account.

Account Suspension and Closure Rules
jaya9 bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Violating or abusing the terms of a bonus or promotion.
- Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, or any other dishonest means.
- Evidence found that the user is under 21 years of age.
- Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Whether the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon account closure will be decided by jaya9 bdt based on the circumstances of each case.
If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team. All pending transactions must be completed before account closure.
Technical Issues and Liability Limits
If a game or bet process is disrupted due to internet disconnection, server error, or software error, jaya9 bdt will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, the Platform's financial liability for losses caused by such external factors is limited.
- If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
- jaya9 bdt reserves the right to cancel any bet where clearly incorrect odds or payouts were displayed.
- The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance; advance notice will be given where possible.
jaya9 bdt will not be liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's own device, connection, or software.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding a transaction, bet result, or account matter, please first notify our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team provides service in Bengali and English.
If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, a detailed written description of the incident can be sent by email. Every complaint is recorded and we will make every effort to resolve it as promptly as possible.
